- Had regular contact with our fishing community to push for a new fishing policy that works for them;
- Worked with the community in Harbottle and our local NHS to find solutions for patients after the GP at Harbottle Surgery handed back her contract (more HERE);
- Campaigned for a fairer funding solution for our small rural schools;
- Successfully lobbied for more freedoms for Northumberland National Park;
- Secured a national review of ambulance protocols following a tragic incident in Berwick;
- Backed the Government's crackdown on dangerous driving;
- Held weekly visits to schools, businesses, charities and community groups throughout the vast rural constituency.
