As a resident of rural North Northumberland and your Member of Parliament, I have been speaking with local people who have expressed their concerns about both the new-build quality of homes on Grangemoor Park, and the accompanying after-sales customer service.
In order to gain the fullest picture of how homes in Widdrington’s newest community are affected, I have put together a survey to gather that evidence. The input from you and your neighbours is invaluable in helping me understand the current picture and identifying any patterns or trends, which I will share with the Chief Executive of Gleeson Homes, the New Homes Quality Board and other key stakeholders, to push for improvements.
